588 PKR Game provides a platform for users to discover and download Android application packages (APKs). Some packages may be free; others may require credits purchased through our wallet system. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Google, the Play Store, or any device manufacturer.

3. Accounts

You may use many features without an account. If you register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Upload, distribute, or promote malware, phishing content, or any harmful software.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly re-upload APKs obtained from the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Abuse the credit or payment systems, including chargebacks without legitimate cause.

5. Intellectual Property

The 588 PKR Game website design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. APK files themselves remain the property of their respective developers and rights holders. We do not claim ownership of third-party applications.

6. Credits, Deposits & Withdrawals

Credits have no cash value outside the Service and are non-transferable except as allowed by our withdrawal process. Deposits are final once confirmed by the payment processor. Withdrawals are subject to verification, minimum amounts, and processing times. We may refuse or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all APKs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that any APK will be free of defects, compatible with your device, or free from third-party claims. You download and install at your own risk. Always enable installation only from trusted sources and review permissions carefully.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 588 PKR Game and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service or any downloaded file.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 588 PKR Game and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Changes & Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
